Currently, Chef Adalberto is a semifinalist for the 2025 James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef. He was awarded the title of National Pastry Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation in 2012 and has earned numerous medals in ACF-sanctioned competitions.
