About the Event
In this hands on class you will learn the following recipes
Chocolate Sponge Cake
Whipped Ganache
Italian Buttercream
Everyone will take a Buche de Noel, big enough to serve 12 guests. Beautifully decorated by yourself with all the trimmings. Meringue mushrooms, chocolate pine needles, golden blackberies and so much more!!!
